2021 Camp Scholarship Request Form
Please complete one form for each participant for which you are requesting a scholarship.
While we encourage you to ask for whatever you need for your kid(s) to participate, we also encourage you to prayerfully evaluate what your family is able to contribute because Clifton usually provides partial scholarships. We are excited and able to bear each other's burdens in this way, but we'll be able to make the best use of our limited resources for these scholarships if requests are as specific as possible.
After these requests are due on May 14, the youth ministers will communicate with you about your request(s) and directions on how to complete registration.
